Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Site layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Also contained in this latest document drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key identifying various sections of the estate.

Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the continuing congressional process.
